SwiftyCrew Davis Tree Service provides professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree removal, and related tree care services. All services are subject to availability and will be performed by trained professionals.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for our services. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during service delivery. Any changes to the quoted price will be communicated to you before proceeding with additional work. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Customer Responsibilities

When you hire us for tree services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your property and the services needed
  • Ensure clear access to the work area and remove any obstacles that could interfere with our work
  • Inform us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other potential hazards
  • Be present or designate an authorized representative during service delivery
  • Secure pets and ensure the safety of any persons on your property during our work

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. For emergency services, different terms may apply.

Liability and Insurance

SwiftyCrew Davis Tree Service is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage for all our employees. While we take every precaution to protect your property, you acknowledge that tree work involves inherent risks. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to your property or damage caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required for tree work on your property. We can advise you on local regulations, but it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with city, county, and HOA requirements before work begins.

Weather and Delays

Tree work is weather-dependent. We may need to reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions such as high winds, heavy rain, or lightning. Your safety and the safety of our crew is our top priority. We will make every effort to reschedule postponed work as quickly as possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwiftyCrew Davis Tree Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion so we can address your concerns. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by natural events, third parties, or conditions beyond our control.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
